You know, the measures RockStar used to prevent/screw with piracy in GTAIV were pretty ingenious when you think about it. The "Shaky Camera" is merely the effect of being Drunk in-game; Cars randomly accelerating/turning, ect, are all mechanics that were already in the game.

What do you mean by screen shaking? If your view is heavily distorted that is common on the pirated version of the game, go buy it if you want to play it.
